MEALS

For those delegates who have paid the full conference fee, ALL meals are included. 

 

For non-deleges (i.e. family members) wishing to take meals, and attend the Conference Dinner, should contact the Event Organizer (Gursharn Hutchins) to make arrangements.

 

Breakfast (7.30 – 8.30 am) and Lunch will be served in the Garden Restaurant and are self-service meals. For times of lunch, please see Programme.

 

Dinner will be served in the Dining Hall. Dinners are waitress served, three course meal, and all delegates are expected to sit down together. Wine will be available for purchase if required.  Please see Programme for meal times.

 

The Conference Dinner will be held on Wednesday, 31st July at 8.00 pm in the Dining Hall.  Please note that wine will be provided with the meal and extra bottles will be available for purchase if desired. Dinner will be preceded at 7.30 pm by a Sparkling Wine Reception, which will be held on the Balcony at the entrance to the Dining Hall.  The Conference Dinner will be followed by a Disco from 10 pm – 12.30 am.  Dress code:
